We are 29 miles from York, 23 miles from Hull, 22 miles from Scarborough and 12 miles from Bridlington.
We provide 2 hour - one to one appointments on Monday to Thursday from 9am to 8pm. Prior to your appointment you will receive a rider profile form for you to complete and return for your coach to review your goals and current fitness.
On the day of your appointment you will be tested on our Watt bike to check your current fitness and then a discussion with your coach on your results and where you can improve. You will then receive a follow up written report with your results and some sessions for you to work on until you decide on your next visit.
The cost for a limited time is just £50 per 2 hour slot.
